What you will be doing
You will join the Collection Service team that has the responsibility and accountability for all aspects of data collection within EVORA, including maintenance, support, and data fulfillment. Additionally, they are tasked with creating, enhancing, and optimising the performance of data sources and collection processes. Ensuring a seamless and efficient data collection experience for all customers.
The Collection Service team is a cross-functional team with different roles and competences that are gathered for a common purpose and goal. As a part of the Collection Service team, you will be working closely with not only developers and product manager, but also Collection Experts. You will be joining our data collection team as a Client Data Specialist, where you will play a senior role in helping EVORA achieve its strategic goals by delivering reliable and sustainable data processes. You will:
- You'll act as a trusted partner for the business and our clients, collecting, validating, and analysing data related to sustainable real estate strategies.
- You'll work collaboratively with various departments to enable an efficient and effective client data onboarding process within EVORA Global.
- You will be working on the backbone of our products - our inhouse data collection.
- You will be working with a product manager where you can contribute to the ideation process of the products.
- You will be part of an autonomous team with ownership and influence over your work.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Data Collection: Ongoing data collection for multiple global client accounts, promoting continuous improvement in productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction. 🌍📈
- Validation Checks: Carrying out data validation checks to ensure quality standards are maintained. ✅🔍
- Knowledgebase Maintenance: Keeping our documentation up to date and reflecting any changes. 📚🖋️
- Service Improvement: Identifying gaps and solutions to enhance internal tools, processes, or systems. 🔧🔍
- Data Handling: Work with many different types of sources to collection energy consumption data to ensure up-to-date data in the our Data Management Platforms. 🔌📊

- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills is a requirement.
